Pull-Through Sites (A-D)
Description: These are 90-foot-long pull-through sites available at the front of our park and are nestled right off Highway 89A. These sites come equipped with a picnic table and a fire pit. Old Town Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome are some of the many places that are easily accessible from these locations. All sites are full-hookups and offer 20/30/50 AMP. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these pull-through sites.

Deluxe Back-In Sites (01-21)
These sites are centrally located within the park. They are close to the park amenities including the laundry room, bathhouse, dumpsters, and office areas. Each site has a Cottonwood and/or Mulberry tree to provide ample shade throughout the day. All sites are full- hookups and offer 20/30/50 AMP. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these deluxe back-in sites.

Premium Pull-Through Sites (22-26 & 31)
Description: These are our newly renovated pull-through sites centrally located within the park. These sites come equipped with a picnic table. They are close to the park amenities including the laundry room, bathhouse, dumpsters, and office areas. Each site has a Cottonwood and/or Mulberry tree to provide ample shade throughout the day. All sites are full- hookups and offer 20/30/50 AMP. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these premium pull-through sites.

Premium River Back-In Sites (28, 29, 30, 32-47)
Description: These sites are located at the back portion of our park near the Verde River. These river sites are quieter as they are isolated from Highway 89A. There is a picnic table and fire pit at each of these sites. There is a lovely walking trail along the river’s bank and a small off-leash area for dogs. You can swim, fish, or kayak in the Verde River as well. Mulberry and Cottonwood trees are dispersed throughout this area of the park to provide ample shade in certain areas. All sites are full- hookups and offer 20/30/50 AMP. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these premium river sites.

Premium Hill Side Sites (48-59)
Description: These sites are located at the top of the park. These sites are typically reserved for potential monthly renters. They offer additional privacy as they are far away from the center of the park. These sites have easy access to several hillside trails including the sacred Hopi Indian Ruins right here in the park. All sites are full-hookups and offer 20/30/50 AMP. A lock fee can be paid to guarantee one of these hillside sites.
